Our client is seeking a motivated Litigation Attorney with at least three years of experience to join its growing civil litigation practice in Grand Junction, Colorado. The firm's work includes complex liability disputes, catastrophic injury and wrongful death matters, insurance coverage and defense, construction defect claims, oil and gas litigation, agricultural and ranch liability issues, transportation and accident cases, regulatory matters, and a broad range of commercial and general civil litigation. Responsibilities
This position is based in Grand Junction, Colorado. Candidates should reside in the Grand Junction area or have the ability to relocate. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated attorney with a J.D., an active bar license for Colorado, and at least three years of civil litigation experience. Candidates should possess strong legal research, writing, analytical, and case management skills, with deposition experience preferred. Insurance defense and judicial clerkship experience are valued but not required.
